Guess it's time for an update, given that it's been a couple of months.

In the fall, I will be attending Hobart and William Smith Colleges in upstate New York--a long way away from home! I'm excited to get out of this hellhole (lolol meth capital of the world, several years running!)...and I just want to see something new. Time to explore the other side of the country, hey? I'll be majoring in Russian History and Culture; specific, I know.

Let's see...currently, I'm busying stressing out over IB tests. This is really the end of my high school career! Math and history are already over, and by this time tomorrow, I'll be done with English! Good god, that's so scary! Then I just have psychology and French to go....Wooowwwwwwww. And then...graduation! Yesss! And hopefully, IB diploma!

This summer will be the first summer since literally the fourth grade during which I will NOT have to worry about homework. Therefore, I plan to relax and have a lot of guilt-free fun. I don't even know how to handle that idea any more. Damn you, IB. Damn you.

In other news, to pay for the exorbitant amount of money required to attend a four-year private university, I'm going to try to sell prints of my art through RedBubble ([link]). I don't really know what to expect, and I have to rescan my art so that the images are big enough to upload, but any revenue I can get will be helpful. So uh, if you happen to have money in this economy and feel like buying even a tiny print of one of my pieces, please consider doing so! Anything would help so much!

With that said, I'd also like to open up the possibility of doing commissions through dA. I'm not sure that this will work at all, given my status as an unknown and self-trained artist, but I don't want to burn any bridges and it seems worthwhile to try (college > possible humiliation ). So, if you're interested, send me a note and...I guess we'll try to work out a price?
